Join the Eugene-Springfield NAACP for a Martin Luther King Jr. Day Celebration community march from Autzen Stadium to The Shedd Institute for the Arts. The 2019 holiday will be an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to the robust and unified community spoken about so eloquently by Dr. King. This year, the voices of women and youth will be highlighted. Meet at 9:00 a.m. the North Gate of Autzen Stadium near PK Park; the march begins at 10:00.
After the speaking program at The Shedd, transportation back to Serbu Youth Center and to MLK Jr. Day events in Springfield will be available.
