The Young Democrats of Lane County are asking the Eugene City Council stop building barriers and passing ordinances that negatively target the poor, unhoused, or unstably housed.building barriers. They are calling on stakeholders, as-well as all allies, to show up to demand action from City Council on January 22.

A community meeting to discuss action at the City Council meeting will be held January 19; RSVP on Facebook for the location.

On Jan. 22, meet at 5 p.m. at 125 E, 8th Ave for a sit-in at City Hall. Wear yellow to show solidarity. This will be a peaceful demonstration to show strong constituent interest in the housing crisis.
