Indivisible Eugene will host a postcarding party to write to voters in Florida who are registered Democrats, but who have not yet signed up for the Florida Vote by Mail program, and urge them to sign up. Turnout increases when people are registered for Vote by Mail, and Florida, with 29 electoral votes, will be a key swing state in 2020.
