From "zero tolerance" to the detention and mistreatment of more than 15,000 children, current immigration policies are cruel and unjustified, and must be loudly rejected. Families and individuals fleeing dangerous conditions have the right to seek asylum in the U.S.

Rally in Eugene from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be a postcard writing station and speakers discussing Oregon's Immigrant Defense Fund, local efforts to support immigrants/asylum seekers in our community, and national efforts to end child detention.
