The Fourth Congressional District meets today in Brookings for its Central Committee Meeting. After a social hour at noon, the business meeting starts at 1 p.m.

The agenda includes a report from Congressman DeFazio’s staff, an overview of PCP training, a presentation on lobbying, and a roundtable discussion on reaching out to non-affiliated voters.
