This year’s Creswell July 4th Celebration marks not only America's birthday but the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. The theme is “Creswell's 4th of July Celebration is OUT of This World!”

The DPLC will be walking in the parade from 11-12:30. (Click here to view the route.) Check in is from 9-10:30 a.m. at Creswell High School (33390 Niblock Lane). Wear red, white, and blue, or your space-themed best.

After the parade, stay in town for a celebration in Holt Park until 4 p.m. with food, crafts and live music, and a vintage car show at Emerald Valley Golf Resort.

Fireworks start at dusk.
