The biennial DPLC Organization Meeting is where we hold our leadership elections to serve for the next two years. PCPs will elect officers as well as At-Large Members of the Executive Committee, Delegates to the State Central Committee (SCC), and Delegates to the 4th Congressional District Central Committee (CD4) via secure electronic ballot.

According to Oregon Revised Statutes, only elected PCPs are eligible to vote for the four Party Officer positions: Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. Both elected and appointed PCPs are eligible to vote for all other positions.
