Join the City Club of Eugene for “2020 Election: What Happened and Why.” This forum will address who the winners were, what were the prevailing themes and issues, and what it might suggest for how America will be governed over the next four years. Two highly regarded members of the University of Oregon Political Science Department and a former long-serving member of the Oregon House of Representatives (HD11’s own Phil Barnhart!) will offer insights and their impressions about the national, state, and local elections.
