The League of Women Voters of Lane County and the Siuslaw Public Library District are co-hosting a forum for West Lane County Commissioner candidates. Both candidates, Democrat Dawn Lesley and Republican Ryan Ceniga, will participate. Retired Judge Jack Billings will moderate.
