We are still reeling from the news that rents will be allowed to raise by as much as 14.6% at the start of the new year, up from the previous cap of 9.9%. We’re turning this outrage into action, joining hands with renters and housing advocates across Oregon for the Tenant Assembly to strategize on how to stand up against these hikes.

Housing leaders from Oregon Renters in Action, Rogue Action Center, Eugene Tenants Alliance, Don’t Evict PDX, Springfield-Eugene Tenant Association, Residents Organizing for Change and Portland Tenants United have banded together to put on this critical forum to determine what’s next for renters.
