March Against Fear

  • Monroe Park Monroe St & W 10th Ave Eugene, 97402 (map)

Join the Eugene-Springfield NAACP, Moms Demand Action, and other community partners for a march against gun violence. The march is intended to promote community healing and serve as a catalyst to continue the conversation about gun violence, prompting action by our elected officials.

Meet at Monroe Park at 10 a.m. for a dedication ceremony to honor those whose lives were taken by gun-related acts of domestic terror. The march will conclude at the Wayne Lyman Morse United States Courthouse, where there will be a presentation of speakers that touch on the experiences of those affected by these acts of violence and our avenues to move forward from here collectively.

If you’re interested in volunteering at the march, sign up here.
