The campaign to stop the gerrymandering in Lane County (vote no on 20-362) kicks off tonight at the Ninkasi Atrium (formerly the Better Living Room) on the 3rd floor with special guest Peter DeFazio.

Only 3 years ago, an independent citizens’ redistricting commission had a public, transparent process to create  our new County voting district boundaries. There is no legitimate reason to monkey with the districts, but the three conservative Lane County Commissioners have placed a measure on the November ballot proposing that we re-draw the voting districts - for their political benefit.
