The Springfield City Council will make its final decision this evening regarding the rezoning of the Patrician Mobile Home Park on Game Farm Road from single family to mixed-use commercial. This will displace 81 mobile homes owned or rented by more than 130 seniors and low income retirees.

The city’s Planning Commission voted 4-to-3 to deny the zone change. This City Council meeting is a chance to show up and support affordable housing for all residents of Springfield.
