The Springfield City Club, the League of Women Voters of Lane County and the Eugene City Club are hosting a candidate forum for all candidates for Congressional District 4: Mike Beilstein of the Pacific Green Party, Jim Howard of the Constitution Party, Val Hoyle of the Democratic Party, Levi Leatherberry of the Independent Party, and, Alek Skarlatos, candidate of the Republican party.
